The final shipping charge will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, we will share the tracking details through the contact information provided with your order.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses, phone numbers, and other delivery details. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information.

Changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.

6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed or has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact our support team. We will assist you in checking the shipment status with the courier.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. An unboxing video may also help us investigate the issue.

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
