2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for products purchased from Krivaa Jewellery except where a refund is required under applicable law or is approved for a verified issue, such as a confirmed missing or incorrect item.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs, and an unboxing video, if available. We will review the issue and inform you of the next steps.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method, subject to the relevant payment provider's processing time.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate, please provide:

Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
An unboxing video, if available.

We will review your request and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

4. Order Cancellation
